Trip Itinerary

DAY 1-2 FRIDAY & SATURDAY, FEB. 18TH - FEB. 19TH

Depart from JFK Friday @ 6:30pm on Egypt Air flight to Cairo, we will arrive @ 12:05pm on Saturday. Group will be met and assisted with luggage then transferred to the World-famous Cairo Museum. After our visit at the World-famous Cairo Museum, we will be transferred to the Cairo Sheraton Hotel. After check-in there will be a brief overview of the trip. Dinner will be served that evening in the hotel.

DAY 3 SUNDAY, FEB. 20TH

After breakfast, We visit the Step Pyramid of the Pharaoh Zoser and the North Saqqaran necropolis. After Saqqara we will visit the pyramids of Sneferu in Dhashur. Dinner will be served that evening in the hotel.

DAY 4 MONDAY, FEB. 21ST

After breakfast we will explore the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx (Her Em Akhet). Upon completion of the visit at the Giza plateau we will return to the Cairo Sheraton Hotel to check out, and subsequently be transferred to the airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon our arrival in Luxor the group will be met and assisted with luggage then transferred to the cruise ship. Dinner will be served aboard the ship.

DAY 5 TUESDAY, FEB. 22ND

After breakfast there will be a day trip to the Temple in Abydos. After visiting the Temple in Abydos, we will return to the cruise ship in Luxor to have lunch. Following Lunch, we will visit the Southern Temple the Shemayit Ipet (Luxor Temple). Dinner will be served that evening aboard the ship.

DAY 6 WEDNESDAY, FEB. 23RD

After breakfast we will travel to the West Bank where there will be an option to ride a hot air balloon for an aerial view of the West Bank of the Nile. For those that choose to take the hot air balloon, you will meet the rest of the group at the Mortuary Temple of Ramses III. Our visit to the West Bank will continue with a trip to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. The West Bank visit will conclude with a journey to the Valley of the Kings. Following our visit to West Bank we will visit the Ipet Isut (Karnak), Temple of the Netcher (principle) Amen. Upon completion of our visit at the Ipet Isut we will return to the cruise ship and set sail south up the Nile to Aswan. Lunch and Dinner will be served aboard the ship.

DAY 7 THURSDAY, FEB. 24TH

After an early breakfast, we will go to the airport for a flight to Abu Simbel. There we will visit the fabulous mortuary temples of Ramses II and Nefertari. After our visit in Abu Simbel, we will transfer to the airport for a flight to Aswan. Lunch and Dinner will be served aboard the ship.

DAY 8 FRIDAY, FEB. 25TH

After breakfast we will disembark the ship and transfer to the Movenpick Hotel in Aswan. After check - in, the One Africa - Returning to the Source Conference, Aswan Egypt. Anthony Browder, Prof. James Small, Dr. Leonard & Rosalind Jeffries, Dr. Wade Nobles, Dr. Solange Ashby and Asar Imhotep. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel.

DAY 9 SATURDAY, FEB. 26TH

After breakfast, attend the final day of the One Africa - Returning to the Source Conference. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel.

DAY 10 SUNDAY, FEB. 27TH

After breakfast, we will visit the island of Agailka (Philae) where we will see the grand temple dedicated to the Netcher (principle) Auset (Isis). Following our visit to Philae, we will return to the Hotel, check out and transfer to the airport for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, we will be met and assisted with luggage then transferred to the Concorde Salaam Hotel in Cairo. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel.

DAY 11 MONDAY, FEB. 28TH

After an early breakfast we will check out of the Concorde Salaam Hotel and transfer to the airport for a 10:25am flight to JFK, arrive in the US @3:25pm on Monday February 28, 2022.

Accommodation & Rates

TRIP INCLUDES: Hotel accommodations and airfare on all flights: international as well as the domestic flights within Egypt, meals breakfast/dinner daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner on the cruise), entrance fees,-except for those that are optional and English-speaking guides (tips not included).

The trip price is $4500.00 for double occupancy and $5400.00 for single occupancy.
